Dr. Dieter Ewringmann

Dieter Ewringmann (Jg. 1940) hat bis 2005 an der Universität zu Köln als Akademischer Oberrat Umweltökonomik und Finanzwissenschaft gelehrt und das Finanzwissenschaftliche Forschungsinstitut an der Universität zu Köln als Geschäftsführer geleitet.

Der Träger des Adam-Smith-Preises für marktwirtschaftliche Umweltpolitik von 2005 hat durch seine zahlreichen Forschungsvorhaben, Gremienmitgliedschaften, Beratungsmandate und Veröffentlichungen die Umwelt- und Klimapolitik des Bundes und der Länder, wie auch des Großherzogtums Luxemburg spürbar geprägt.
